Cardinal Health Sonexus Access and Patient Support helps manufacturers remove barriers to care so that patients can access, afford and remain on therapy. Our hub services streamline patient onboarding, enrollment and adherence, with a centralized facility just outside Dallas, Texas.

This full-time role leads the patient services hub, guides operational teams, and shapes strategies through capacity planning and tech evaluations to drive efficient, compliant patient access.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of Patient Services hub market, regulations and industry trends.
• Experience building and managing high-performing operational teams.
• Experience interviewing, hiring and training hub staff; performance management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate advanced knowledge of the Patient Services hub market and regulations.
• Oversee hub teams responsible for patient enrollment and reimbursement eligibility.
• Provide overall operational direction and day-to-day leadership of hub operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate hub staff; manage performance and resolve issues.
• Support hub strategy with needs assessments, capacity planning, and technology evaluation.
