Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or combination of 5 years relevant experience in client management, account management, or operations management.
• At least 3 years of formal leadership experience with direct reports.
• At least 1 year of client management experience within pharmaceutical/healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage client relationships to achieve Cardinal Health and customer goals.
• Provide cross-functional coordination with internal and external partners during onboarding, implementation, and post-launch.
• Deliver program status updates through Quarterly/Monthly reviews and client health reports.
• Identify opportunities within the service portfolio and develop plans for new solutions with clients.
• Oversee team scheduling and accountability to meet client KPIs.
