Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Development Manager to lead strategic programs and drive differentiation with health plans and industry stakeholders. You will own design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and execute to drive revenue within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions, including test-to-treat initiatives and healthcare tech intersections.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing,

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design and/or program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer programs in labs/diagnostics realm.
• Experience managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters key relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution; informs partnership approach and agreements.
• Applies strategic mindset, financial and business acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to gain internal alignment and gather information to execute programs.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards with leadership and peers.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and assess opportunities.
