The Program Development Manager at Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions will shape and execute strategic programs aimed at differentiation in healthcare. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing and Operations to implement partnerships and drive revenue.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management and execution, with experience in B2B or DTC programs in labs/diagnostics and a strong partner network.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, especially in labs/diagnostics.
• Experience managing external partnerships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters external partnerships and informs design of agreements.
• Applies strategic thinking, financial acumen, and executional capability to program design.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for internal alignment.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
