Qualifications
- 8-12 years of experience in strategy development, program management or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings in labs/diagnostics.
- Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and execution mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
- Foster external partnerships and inform design of agreements.
- Inform program design with financial and business acumen.
- Collaborate with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
- Define program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
- Attend industry events to identify opportunities and stay informed.
