Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Development Manager to inform and execute strategic programs for differentiation with industry stakeholders, including health plans. You will own the design and build-out of each program, manage partnerships, and drive revenue generation within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

A passion for consumerism, technology and healthcare will be critical; strong cross-functional collaboration and execution mindset are required for success.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer programs in labs/diagnostics.
• Experience managing external partnerships or strategic relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to design and execution; informs partnership approach.
• Applies strategic mindset, financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams for alignment.
• Defines program performance tracking and analytics reports and dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments, liaise with partners and assess opportunities.
