Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Program Development Manager to inform and execute strategic programs intended to drive differentiation with health plans and other industry stakeholders. You will own the design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and drive revenue within Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions.

This role requires strategic thinking, project management, and strong cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience, preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, specifically within the labs and diagnostics realm.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters key relationships with external partners who are critical to overall program design and execution.
• Applies strong interpersonal skills, strategic mindset, financial and business acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Collaborates with cross functional stakeholders to gain internal alignment and gather information necessary to execute on programs.
• Works with leadership to define build-out of program performance tracking and analytics reports.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and assess new opportunities.
