Cardinal Health seeks a Program Development Manager to shape strategic programs driving differentiation with health plans and partners. You will own design, build-out, implementation and revenue-driven management of multi-party programs across healthcare and consumer tech ecosystems.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, project management, cross-functional collaboration and executional mindset to succeed in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or program management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings within labs/diagnostics.
• Experience managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to design and execution.
• Implements program design with financial and business acumen to drive execution.
• Collaborates across Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams.
• Defines build-out of program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
