Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to inform and execute programs that differentiate Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions among health plans and consumers. You will own design and build-out of programs, manage partnerships, and drive revenue through test-to-treat initiatives blending traditional healthcare with consumer technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8–12 years of experience preferred.
• Direct experience with health plans or healthcare programs is preferred.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience with B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, especially labs/diagnostics.
• Experience managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to gain alignment.
• Leads execution of programs with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Develops program performance tracking and analytics dashboards with leadership.
• Attends industry events to monitor market developments and opportunities.
