Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Programs, to lead the design and execution of programs that differentiate us in the eyes of health plans and consumers. You will own partnerships, develop business cases, and drive revenue growth across Cardinal Health at-Home Solutions, blending traditional healthcare with consumer tech like labs and wearables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 8-12 years of experience, preferred.
• Direct experience working for or with health plans.
• Experience in strategy development, business case design, and/or project management.
• Experience in B2B or direct-to-consumer program offerings, within labs/diagnostics preferred.
• Experience in managing external partnerships or strategic customer relationships in healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leverages market dynamics to develop strategic positioning and business cases for program offerings.
• Applies strategic mindset, market expertise, and financial acumen to inform program design and execution.
• Fosters relationships with external partners critical to program design and execution.
• Collaborates with Health Plan Sales, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Operations and other teams for internal alignment.
• Leads and owns execution of programs with cross-functional teams.
• Defines and builds program performance tracking and analytics dashboards.
• Attends industry events to stay abreast of market developments and opportunities.
