Job summary

Iron Mountain Government Solutions seeks a strategic Program Manager to lead end-to-end public-sector programs, partnering with agency clients to protect and transform their critical information assets. You will align Sales, IT, and Operations teams to ensure delivery on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with government standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Public Trust security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead program execution from initiation through completion, establishing timelines, success metrics, and budgets.
• Partner with agency clients to align program outcomes with missions and contractual obligations.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration across Operations, IT, and Sales without direct authority.
• Apply Agile and continuous-improvement frameworks to streamline workflows and mitigate delivery risks.
