Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Program Manager for the Government Solutions team in Jessup, MD. You will lead end-to-end public-sector programs, coordinating with Sales, IT, and Operations to deliver on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with government standards.

You will collaborate with agency clients, manage budgets and risks, and apply Agile methods to optimize workflows and drive outcomes for federal, state, and local customers. A PMP or equivalent is preferred, and U.S.

Qualificações

• Experience managing technical or operations-focused programs for public-sector clients.
• Knowledge of record management, asset lifecycle, or secure document digitization.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, budgeting, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a U.S. Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; PMP preferred.
