Job summary

Prominent Global Solutions is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead all aspects of contract performance, ensuring effective delivery, cost control, and schedule adherence. You will interface with the Contracting Officer, COR, and government stakeholders to drive priorities and resolution of issues.

The role requires managing a cross-functional team across IT Program Management, Budget & Acquisition, and Mission Support, with a focus on alignment to Government priorities and PWS

Qualifications

• Master's degree or 5+ years of experience leading or supporting complex projects.
• Experience with project planning, scheduling, risk management, or performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage contract execution, performance, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and customer satisfaction.
• Act as single point of accountability to Contracting Officer and government stakeholders.
• Coordinate across IT Program Management, Budget & Acquisition, and Mission Support.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and WBS; ensure timely deliverables.
• Lead risk and issue management with mitigation actions and owners; escalate when needed.
