Job summary

Info Origin Inc. is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to guide large, high-priority IT initiatives in a hybrid Harrisburg setting. This role focuses on delivering the iSMART/Training Management System replacement and supporting the WITS application.

You will oversee planning, design, development, testing, and implementation, coordinating across stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with rigorous quality standards.

Qualifications

• Active PMI PMP certification for a minimum of 5 years – Mandatory.
• Copy of active PMP certification must be submitted with the resume.
• Experience managing large/complex IT projects, including government or healthcare sectors preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, milestones, and deliverables.
• Develop Project Management Plans, estimates, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
• Provide regular project updates and proactively resolve risks and issues.
