Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end project execution. You will oversee multi-site operations, provide governance, and ensure adherence to master schedules while developing teams and managing site leads.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex, end-to-end project operations including team hiring, personnel management, and operational reporting.
• Functional expertise in KPI tracking, SOP development and enforcement, chain-of-custody protocols, inventory reconciliation, Quality Control Plans, and federal security standards.
• PMP certification required and ability to pass a Federal Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project execution and governance, overseeing projects from initiation to completion with full lifecycle documentation and adherence to master schedules.
• Drive multi-site operational execution as primary client and internal leadership contact, managing move operations and meeting SLAs.
• Build and lead operational teams by assisting in hiring, onboarding, and direct management of project team members and site leads.
