You will drive strategic planning, people leadership, and process improvement across agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments. The role partners with Technology and Conference leaders to align priorities, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes worldwide.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT program management experience.
• Proven leadership of teams, coaching and career development.
• Experience driving process improvement and operational excellence.
• Strong strategic planning and translating objectives into programs.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Leadership in matrixed organizations with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage client expectations and delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global technology programs and projects in support of IT initiatives.
• Lead strategic planning for Conference Technology and translate goals into roadmaps.
• Own staffing, capacity planning and resource allocation processes.
• Provide people leadership, coaching, and performance management.
• Establish and improve standards of execution across programs and conference operations.
• Partner with leaders to assess capabilities and future needs.
• Lead conference execution planning and operational readiness for Gartner events.
