Job summary

Gartner is seeking a seasoned project management leader to drive the global event calendar, capacity planning, and attendee projections for the GCC portfolio. The role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with senior stakeholders across Gartner Conferences.

You will oversee end-to-end event scheduling, optimize revenue opportunities, and uphold rigorous change-management practices while guiding leadership decisions with robust analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple variables and dependencies.
• Excellent communication with senior-level professionals.
• Ability to travel up to six times per year.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end process of identifying and confirming dates for future Gartner C-Level Communities events.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive event calendar aligned with P&L goals.
• Partner with internal teams to select dates and venues based on requirements and strategy.
• Manage calendar approvals and change management processes.
• Lead calendar communications with timely status updates and reporting.
• Analyze venue capacity and attendee projections to align with business needs.
• Build tools/reports for scalable attendee and sponsorship capacity across 100+ events.
• Assess sponsorship growth proposals for demand, experience, and profitability.
• Prepare agendas and presentations for key initiatives using data-driven insights.
