Job summary

The Manager, Conferences Growth Strategy at Gartner leads end-to-end GTM launches for conferences, partnering across GTM functions to ensure market readiness and optimal runway.

In collaboration with marketing, program management, design and sales, you will mobilize cross-functional taskforces, equip teams with the right tools, and track performance to drive scalable growth while evolving the portfolio strategy.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in conferences, go-to-market, strategy or related field.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and taskforces.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end GTM process for new conferences.
• Lead cross-functional GTM taskforce alignment and planning.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders on the GTM timeline.
• Leverage performance data to refine the GTM process.
• Prepare data-driven insights and materials for meetings.
• Lead or support special initiatives with partner teams.
