Job summary

Salesforce Fin team is seeking a Principal Program Manager to shape high-priority objectives into deliverable programs in San Francisco. You will partner with senior leaders to turn ambiguous goals into actionable plans and drive cross-functional execution with rigor and accountability.

You will establish robust program management practices, mentor teammates, and elevate how execution is approached across the org, within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management leading large cross-functional programs in AI/SaaS/B2B environments.
• Proven experience engaging with senior-level leadership to drive outcomes.
• Strong ownership, proactive risk management and ability to execute with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with execs and senior leadership to define programs aligning with top company objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and surface gaps or opportunities to streamline.
• Define structure, roles, and decision-making frameworks for complex programs.
• Lead risk identification and proactive course corrections to maintain momentum.
• Mentor teammates and evangelize program management across the company.
• Hold stakeholders accountable and ensure progress across workstreams.
