Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Principal Program Manager in San Francisco to shape high-priority programs, align them with company strategy, and drive cross-functional execution. This senior individual contributor role reports to the Senior Manager, Strategic Program Management and focuses on building systems and practices that elevate the entire team.

You will partner with executives to define programs, identify gaps, and enable Fin to achieve its top objectives while mentoring

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in a fast-paced AI/SaaS B2B environment.
• Direct experience working with senior executives and facilitating alignment across senior-level stakeholders.
• Ability to own multiple high-visibility programs with strong ownership and accountability.
• Proven track record building and improving program management practices and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define programs of work with execs to hit top company objectives.
• Take a holistic view across programs and align with company strategy.
• Drive ambiguous problems to clarity by defining structure, roles, and decision-making frameworks.
• Lead cross-functional decision-making with key stakeholders and provide recommendations.
• Identify risks early and drive actions to maintain momentum and course-correct.
• Create and improve program management frameworks and ways of working across Fin.
