Salesforce is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to drive planning cycles and cross-functional execution for one of our AI-driven initiatives. You will translate strategy into budgets, manage complex programs, and build scalable reporting for executives.

In a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will partner across Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and CS to align inputs, resolve priorities, and scale processes from 0 to 1.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, FP&A, or consulting.
• Strong data modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles translating strategy into budgets.
• Program manage cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Recruiting, TPM, Data Management, and CS to track milestones and ensure flawless end-to-end execution.
• Develop scalable reporting infrastructure and models for executive dashboards and business reviews.
• Own headcount planning and variance tracking connecting planning cycles.
• Identify gaps in planning processes and drive end-to-end resolution.
