Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is seeking a Principal Program Manager to join the Strategic Program Management team in San Francisco. This is a senior individual contributor role where you shape how Fin’s highest-priority objectives get set up for success and delivered.

Reporting to Senior Manager, Strategic Program Management, you'll work directly with senior leaders across every org to turn ambiguous, high-stakes company goals into programs that deliver on their goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management experience in AI/SaaS B2B with evolving strategy.
• Experience working with senior leadership and influencing executives.
• Ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker linking execution to company strategy.
• Solutions oriented with proactive risk mitigation.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management with executive viewpoints.
• Excellent self-starter with track record of executing complex programs.
• Experience building/improving program management practices.
• Excellent communicator across exec and cross-functional groups.
• Experience mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Partner with execs to define programs aligning with top-priority objectives.
• Connect programs to company strategy and identify gaps or opportunities.
• Clarify structure, roles, and decision-making from scratch when needed.
• Drive cross-functional decision-making with stakeholders and recommendations.
• Identify risks early and drive course corrections to maintain momentum.
• Create new frameworks and improve existing processes for the team.
• Hold workstream drivers and executives accountable for progress.
• Mentor and develop teammates to improve performance.
• Advocate for program management across the company and inspire collaboration.
