Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Delivery Last Mile PRISM group in Bellevue, WA. You will own and drive strategic programs, coordinate with business and technical teams across NA, EU, and APAC, and ensure timely, high-quality launches.

You will lead design/implementation efforts across internal teams, balance time-to-market with technical trade-offs, and report progress to leadership in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience with software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience designing system-level technical architectures and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Own programs delivering complex projects across multiple Director/VP levels and stakeholders.
• Drive requirements, scoping, schedules, and production launch across teams.
• Communicate goals, roles, and outcomes to cross-functional and remote teams.
