Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Effective business writing and communicating reviews to senior leaders.
• Executive communication and gathering data requirements for insights.
• Collaborating with development teams and other business groups on project roadmaps.
• Mentor program managers and support cross-team initiatives.
• Build and execute on new initiatives and product roadmaps annually.
• Manage and report project metrics and align on requirements with stakeholders.
