Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead AMZL-wide strategy and business planning across projects and workstreams. You will partner with senior leaders, PMO, and stakeholders to drive alignment, build roadmaps, and roll out initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

You will mentor other PMs, translate data insights into actionable plans, and influence remote teams while delivering high impact outcomes for AMZL and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead AMZL-wide strategy and business planning.
• Partner with PMO and stakeholders to align initiatives and roadmaps.
