Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Sr Program Manager (Finance) to lead advanced Electro-Mechanical Actuation Systems programs for defense and space. You will define scope, budgets, and deliverables with cross-functional teams, overseeing MOS and cost/schedule metrics to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading engineering programs and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Proven expertise using Earned Value Management tools and processes to manage schedules and costs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with risk management and cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to ensure successful execution and on-time delivery.
• Lead and manage key proposals and define project scope with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Use PM tools and processes (EVM, SOW, WBS, BOE) to manage scope, cost, and schedule.
• Establish and own a programmatic MOS and review cost/schedule metrics with Program Control.
