Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in program management within aerospace defense or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of defense munition program requirements, compliance, and regulatory standards.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex program plans including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage defense munition programs ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Develop and implement program plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program execution and resolve issues proactively.
• Monitor program performance metrics and ensure compliance with defense industry standards and regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to program teams fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Direct the work and approve resource requirements and program estimates while leading integrated program teams utilizing IPDS processes.
