You will define scope, timelines, budgets, and resources while coordinating cross‑functional teams for timely, cost‑effective delivery.

You will report to the Program Senior Director and work on-site on a 9/80 schedule, impacting the aerospace defense portfolio with continuous improvement and innovative program management

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in aerospace program management with a proven record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong expertise in defining program scope, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with program management tools and methodologies tailored to aerospace industry requirements.
• Demonstrated experience developing and presenting complex proposals for new and follow‑on business opportunities.
• In‑depth knowledge of aerospace industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace and defense programs to ensure successful execution and delivery aligned with customer and business goals.
• Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop and implement detailed program plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program management processes.
• Develop proposals for new or repeat business opportunities and present to Senior Leadership.
