Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead Defense & Space programs, coordinating cross-functional teams to define scope, develop plans, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This role emphasizes risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

The position reports to the Customer Business Manager and requires travel to interface with key customers and major suppliers.

Qualifications

• PM certification required or obtained within six months of hire.
• Travel to interface with key customers and major suppliers.
• Coordinate with contracts, program planning & control and finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage matrixed program team(s) to achieve objectives of Defense & Space CBT lead and ensure successful execution.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement of PM processes and practices.
