The incumbent will drive strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, on-time delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, and cross-functional collaboration to grow programs and ensure success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
• Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency in program management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the execution of complex customer programs.
