Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex aerospace and defense programs from scope definition to delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams, develop detailed program plans, manage timelines and resources, and mitigate risks to ensure cost-effective execution.

The role reports to the Program Senior Director, based in Lansdale, PA, and requires on-site work on a 9/80 schedule.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading aerospace/defense programs.
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
• Skilled in defining program scope, budgets, risks, and milestones.
• Capable of developing and presenting proposals for new opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead aerospace and defense programs aligned with goals.
• Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Develop program plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery.
• Coordinate stakeholder communications and updates.
• Drive process improvements in program management.
