Job summary
Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Program Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of customer programs at our Glendale, AZ site on a hybrid schedule. You will report to the Program Director and drive performance across scope, schedule, and budget while aligning programs with strategic objectives.
You will manage risks, engage stakeholders, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver results and sustained program excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
- Obtain or ability to obtain a secret security clearance, ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of customer programs
- Manage and deliver customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment of customer programs with strategic objectives
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams
- Monitor and report program performance metrics
