Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams and work groups to deliver corporate program deliverables.
• Lead project managers and work group leaders in developing and maintaining plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to focus resources on program success.
• Engage with VP-level sponsors to align business objectives with program goals.
• Monitor progress and financial health of programs; report to executives when needed.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation strategies; manage vendor contracts as needed.
