Highmark Health is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar government programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios. You will align clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to deliver complex initiatives on time and within budget.

You'll operate with autonomy, navigate CMS/state guidelines, manage risk, and drive scalable growth for vulnerable populations through high-quality, compliant care.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of work experience in project management.
• 7-10 years of work experience delivering business solutions using information technology.
• Preferred PMP or Certification in Project Management.

Aufgaben

• Assemble project teams and work groups to produce deliverables for defined corporate programs.
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver defined programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to understand and achieve business objectives.
• Monitor progress and financial health of cross-functional projects; report as needed.
• Assess risks and implement mitigation plans; work with procurement when needed.
• Manage vendor relationships per contract and statement of work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
