Qualifications

• 7-10 years of work experience in project management or delivering business solutions using information technology.
• Independently define, execute and deliver complex programs with cross-functional teams across clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial and IT.
• PMP or Certification in Project Management is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assemble project teams and work groups to deliver required plans for a defined corporate program.
• Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to deliver results within scope, time and budget.
• Work with executive sponsor to achieve objectives and understand business outcomes for assigned areas.
• Monitor progress and financial health of projects; report to executives as needed.
• Assess risks and implement risk mitigation plans for programs.
