• Direct cross-functional activities to align resources for successful delivery and implementation.
• Collaborate with executive sponsor to understand business objectives and maintain program health.
• Monitor progress, financial health, and risks; report to executives as needed.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and oversee vendor/contracts as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
