Zusammenfassung

Highmark Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar government healthcare programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and D-SNP portfolios.

The role requires navigating CMS/state guidelines, data privacy, and risk while aligning clinical, compliance, provider network, actuarial, and IT teams to deliver complex programs. You will define, execute, and deliver enterprise-level programs within scope, time, and budget, partnering with procurement and vendors to ensure

Qualifikationen

7–10 years of work experience in project management.
7–10 years of delivering business solutions using information technology.
PMP certification preferred.

Aufgaben

Assemble project teams and lead PMs to produce deliverables for a defined corporate program.
Coordinate cross-functional activities to focus corporate resources on delivering results for a defined program or initiative.
Work with the executive sponsor to achieve objectives and understand business objectives for an assigned area.
Monitor progress and financial health of a cross-functional set of projects; report to the executive team as needed.
