Job summary

Exelon is seeking a seasoned professional to develop, manage, and evaluate high profile projects and programs across multiple organizations. You will lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and governance, while ensuring alignment with management models and best practices.

You will drive change management, create business cases, develop training and readiness procedures, and maintain interfaces with various internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or STEM field with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards, processes, and performance metrics in relevant operations and external affairs.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and related business apps.
• Strong business acumen with problem solving, financial analysis, and negotiation skills.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership.
• Strong communication to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience implementing process improvements and new technology.
• In lieu of degree, 9–12 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic initiatives, projects, and programs; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms to monitor results; prepare and analyze reports and controls.
• Develop work plans to implement corrective actions identified from performance assessments.
• Establish business plans and objectives across multiple departments; lead stakeholders in business cases and prioritization.
• Lead change management activities; train employees and external personnel on new processes and procedures.
• Drive integration of best practices; benchmark and implement actions; coordinate with Exelon organizations.
