Job summary

Exelon is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop, manage and evaluate key projects and programs from planning through post-implementation phases. You will create business plans, charters and performance metrics, align management models, and drive best practices across teams.

In this role you will coordinate budgets, schedules, and reports, lead cross-functional and cross-company teams, and provide governance and training for new processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business or STEM field; 4–7 years of related business experience, or 6–9 years without a degree.
• Strong understanding of standards, methods, processes and metrics in the supported functional area.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project portfolio management, requirements/test management, CIS/CRM, customer self-service, telephony, and outage management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of projects, programs, and initiatives; manage scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate reporting; develop performance indicators and tracking mechanisms; analyze reports and financial/operational information.
• Coordinate work plans and implement corrective actions from performance assessments.
• Assist in developing business cases and prioritizing deliverables across departments.
• Lead change management; train employees and external personnel on new processes.
• Participate in process improvement task forces; provide benchmarking analysis; prepare leadership status reports.
• Provide day-to-day client support and guidance to end users; respond to inquiries and ensure optimal performance.
