Job summary

ComEd in Illinois seeks a seasoned project/program manager to lead high-profile initiatives across multiple organizations, from planning to post-implementation. Develop business plans, charters and performance metrics, ensure alignment with management models, and drive the integration of best practices throughout the company.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, change management, and excellent communication with IT, operations, and regulators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or STEM with 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards, methods, processes and practices, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements analysis, performance measurement and QA for strategic initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget for high-profile projects.
• Develop work plans and corrective actions from performance gaps.
• Lead business case development and prioritization of deliverables.
