Job summary

Exelon in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager to develop, manage, and evaluate high-profile initiatives across multiple organizations from planning to post-implementation. This role requires steering complex programs and ensuring alignment with management models and performance metrics.

You will lead requirements analysis, performance measurement, and change management while coordinating with IT, operations, regulatory, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or STEM field with a minimum of 7-10 years relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of standards, methods, processes and practices, business fundamentals, and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint to support business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team and to develop value with problem solving and financial/analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct development and lead teams on strategic business initiatives, projects, and programs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for high-profile, complex projects and programs.
• Develop work plans to implement corrective actions from performance assessments.
• Lead change management activities and develop training for new processes.
