Job summary

Exelon is seeking a senior project management leader to direct a PMU, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and safety across multiple programs. You will champion process improvements, manage resources, and coordinate with other divisions to ensure alignment with business goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of experience in project management, with PMP certification or plan to achieve.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification or plan to achieve PMP within two years.
• Proven leadership ability in a high performance culture.
• Experience managing large, complex projects using planning, cost control and risk management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the budget of an assigned portfolio of work and monitor objectives.
• Lead a project management team to promote diversity and a high-performance culture.
• Provide leadership, feedback and performance planning for direct reports.
• Interface with other departments and Exelon units regarding projects under management and supporting tools.
• Foster open communication and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Directly manage project scopes, schedules, budgets and safety performance.
