You will serve as an executive advisor, shaping workforce design, associate experience, and operational cadence while collaborating with Finance, HR and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 11+ years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management.
• 9+ years of people management experience.

• Labor Strategy & Workforce Optimization: design and refine the long-term labor strategy with leadership.
• Associate Experience & Culture: advocate for the employee journey, elevating engagement and retention.
