Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly motivated Financial Program Cost Controls Analyst to support a major multi-year production contract within the Air Dominance Portfolio. You will collaborate with PMs, CAMs, IPT Leads, Finance, and OSC to ensure disciplined financial planning, execution, and reporting.

Hybrid role in Tucson, AZ with relocation assistance. The role emphasizes Earned Value Management, cost/schedule analysis, and quarterly EAC development, with a focus on strategic investment and long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Forecast, risk identification, and financial planning with independence and sound judgment.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis and quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Offer financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
• Prepare finance charts for reviews and reporting activities.
• Maintain Earned Value Management processes and contract data deliverables.
