Job summary

M.C. Dean, Building Intelligence®, seeks a Program Support Specialist 1 to join the Security and Electronic Systems (SES) unit.

You will support program management, deliverables, and documentation for federal, local, and commercial clients across security, IT, and infrastructure projects. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and MS Office/SharePoint proficiency, with travel as needed and eligibility for a public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain public trust level clearance.
• 6+ years of experience with a High School Diploma or
• 4+ years with an Associates degree or
• 0+ years with a Bachelors degree.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and resolve practical problems.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Strong computer skills: word processing, spreadsheets, and customer portals.
• Federal / DoD contract experience is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Program Management on contractual matters and project deliverables.
• Maintain contract documentation and repositories.
• Process employee permits, security, access, and travel documentation.
• Support compliance with contract requirements across programs.
• Serve as focal point for issue resolution including commercial and federal aspects.
• Complete and track required project deliverables and reports.
• Manage material lists, shipping docs, and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate purchases, shipments, and deliveries with management and engineering teams.
• Research part numbers, manufacturers, and product specs.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships.
