Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a Program Management Analyst to support the Environment, Safety, Health and Quality (ESHQ) team at the Idaho Falls facility, with a 9x80 schedule and alternating Fridays off.

The role oversees budget development for the Waste Management Program and manages control accounts, aligning portfolio budgets with program and project plans while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field and 2 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree.
• Level 3 requires a Bachelor's with 5 years of experience, or a Master's with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in financial, scheduling, and work management processes.
• Proven track record bringing project and program data into a usable and manageable format.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key collaborators to determine portfolio, program, and project requirements and objectives.
• Confer with portfolio, program, and project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Create portfolio, program, and project status presentations for delivery to customers, sponsors, and other collaborators.
• Develop or update portfolio, program, and project plans including objectives, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Lead the implementation of program area initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
