Job summary

Idaho National Laboratory seeks a Program Management Analyst to oversee budget development for the Waste Management Program service center and to manage control accounts for Waste Management Program and Waste Management Service Centers. The role collaborates with program and project managers to plan, schedule, monitor, and control budgets and portfolios, driving continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial, scheduling, and work management processes.
• Proven track record bringing project and program data into a usable and manageable format.
• Relevant experience commensurate with level.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with key collaborators to determine portfolio, program, and project requirements and objectives.
• Confer with portfolio, program, and project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Create portfolio, program, and project status presentations for delivery to customers, sponsors, and other collaborators.
• Develop or update portfolio, program, and project plans including objectives, technologies, schedules, funding, and staffing.
• Collaborate with managers to develop, integrate, and optimize planning and programming projections.
• Plan study of work problems and procedures, such as organizational change, communications, information flow, integrated production methods, or cost analysis.
