Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on order demand, forecasts, and inventory needs.
• Prepare and distribute weekly schedules to production teams, outlining priorities and quantities.
• Lead scheduling meetings with plant leadership and engineering to finalize plans.
• Monitor production systems to keep engineering deliverables ahead of timelines.
• Analyze outputs and adjust schedules to improve efficiency and meet service goals.
• Submit and track hardware requisitions while maintaining records.
• Address scheduling conflicts or delays and communicate solutions.
• Maintain organized project files by job and timeline for tracking.
• Support additional scheduling and coordination tasks as assigned by leadership.
