Job summary

WireMasters in Tennessee is seeking a Production Scheduler to plan and schedule work across the Value Added Department, including Laser Marking, Processing, Cable Manufacturing and Markers.

You will monitor backlogs, coordinate with Value Added Supervisors, maintain raw and finished material inventories, manage order emails and paperwork, schedule production, and drive continuous improvement to meet on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• General office, accounting, and production experience required.
• Strong written, oral, and technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Laser Marking, Processing, Cable Manufacturing and Markers backlogs and optimize resources to maintain on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with Value Added Supervisors to align team members with the production schedule.
• Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw and finished materials to support production and customer demands.
• Answer emails from WireMasters employees about orders and communicate with sales about ship dates, status, and lead times.
