Job summary

Wells is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain production schedules for a precast manufacturing facility. You’ll coordinate with engineering, supply, and production teams to align demand with plant capacity.

This role requires strong planning, attention to detail, and ability to adapt schedules as priorities shift. You’ll report to the operations leadership and contribute to on-time delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have strong planning abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory.
• Prepare and distribute weekly schedules to production teams with priorities.
• Lead scheduling meetings with plant leadership and engineering.
